We've been preparing successful firearm motivations since 2006 (over 18,000+ completed applications) and act as a one-stop service for Firearms Control Act administration. A typical motivation takes 7 – 10 working days; expedited turn-arounds are available.

Each motivation consists of all the reasons to counter the reasons used by the Central Firearm Registry (CFR) in the past to refuse an application, as well as your supporting documentation (which we thoroughly check). The completed motivation — approximately 30 pages — is printed and bound in book form and submitted, with your SAPS application, to your Designated Firearms Officer (DFO) in your area of residence.

A full motivation per firearm. Each motivation includes the reasons to counter past CFR refusals plus your supporting documentation, printed and bound in book form for submission to your DFO.

Motivation within 72 Hours

Same as the standard motivation, turned around within 72 working hours. Monday to Friday only.

Motivation within 24 Hours

Reprint and collation of an existing Ranyati motivation

We re-print and re-bind your complete motivation and supporting documents as previously supplied, after reviewing again that everything is correct and up to date. Not applicable to motivations older than one year.

Appeal (via Clark Attorneys)
